I got a used bike a few months back. I knew it needed a little work before it was ready for me to learn riding on. I had heard that Howard and the guys were knowledgeable and fair. What I didn't know at the time was how patient and friendly they all were. After having service performed on my bike and getting it back in a matter of a couple days I knew that I'd probably only shop there. Next, I found myself in the market for a good jacket and new gloves. I checked E-bay, some other online shops, and here in Dothan, but I didn't find the combination of customer service, knowledge, and cost anywhere else. So, it was important for me to find all those things locally and in one place. These guys have been there, I believe, for over 30 years, and rightfully so. I highly recommend them for parts and service, fairness, and GREAT customer service.
Pros: Not looking for just your money, they put in the effort and time, they know their bikes
Cons: none
Taking advantage of the local buyer Reviewed by HelloMetro User on

On Tuesday May the 27th, 2010, I was quoted $6800 out the door for a 2009 KLR 650. When I asked for the breakdown of prices, they stumbled around saying, They didn't have the list and dealer prep prices on hand. I walked out the door and beat the price $1500, over the phone. This is the reason that all brick and mortar stores will eventually cease to exist. What has happened to electronics will carry into most every facet of business when local stores try to take advantage of local people. I don't understand who they think are going to sustain them. Think twice.
