This was a horrible disappointment! I used to go here regularly when it was The Playground but had not been in a while. We took my daughter for her birthday and were appalled by what we found. The soft play had been moved to the back corner of the building through a set of doors, completely cut off from view of the skating area. This made it impossible to watch small kids and big kids at the same time. There are no sinks in the bathrooms to wash hands.The sinks are located outside in the common area. GROSS. There was also an older man looking down the shirts of the girls as they leaned over to tie their skates. Management was rude and unapologetic.Please don't waste time here if you are looking for clean family fun!

I just came across this site but I wish I'd seen it before having a birthday party here. Agree that the prices are very high for what you get. Our party room wasn't ready on time and it was not due to the skate center being busy as it was dead slow. There were huge gaps in communication between employees and management. I will be hosting my other child's birthday party in a month and I can tell you, it will not be at the fun zone.

Recently hosted a party and it was horribly disorganized--nothing was as it was said it would be, when my guests arrived--we had to wait for party bags as they weren't ready, the girl checking us in said to me and in front of my guests that she normally didn't check in parties and didn't really know how--and had me going from one teen employee to another to get what I needed. There is a true lack of training among the staff and the management was very crass and rude--it was shocking--especially when paying in excess of 300. to not only not be provided any customer service but to also be treated horribly. I WILL NEVER EVER purchase a party package from this facility again---I left feeling totally ripped off and the worst of it is that my child (the birthday child) witnessed the rudeness from the management and was utterly embarrassed. I can say it was a ONE OF A KIND experience and nothing I will ever repeat. Since it is the only skating ring in town--I will take my children for a skati
